Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of an energy service for the purpose of improving the energy performance of public lighting in the Municipality of Jels, which entails the achievement of demonstrable savings by implementing energy efficiency measures (hereinafter: Actions), consisting of:
— The execution of all works, installation of the equipment and materials envisaged by the project, including unforeseen works and/or any necessary actions necessary to achieve the savings,
— Expert supervision of the implementation of the Measures (hereinafter: Surveillance),
— Monitoring, measurement and verification of savings (hereinafter: Monitoring).
