Description

The city of Minden plans to renovate and expand the school location Piwittskamp in two construction phases.
The building area is located in the southwestern urban area of Minden, district Rodenbeck (Piwittskamp 38, 32429 Minden, plot size about 14,612 m2). It is a partly two-storey school building with partial basement in solid construction.
The city council of the city of Minden has decided to extensively renovate the school location Piwittskamp while maintaining the entire school operation for the start of a three-course primary school and to expand it by the construction of a new single sports hall (size 15 x 27 m) including the necessary ancillary rooms, changing rooms and equipment rooms. In the new building area, a youth club is to be integrated. The youth club can be built in two-storey construction and is to be planned as an independent use unit. Synergy effects of the two use units are desirable.
