Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical furniture for the needs of the entire hospital for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. Products referred to in paragraph 1, they must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 3. The contracting authority requires that the offered assortment meet the requirements for medical devices contained in the Medical Devices Act of 7 April 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620) and in implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act - does not apply to Packages 8, 9, 10 and 12. 4. Products that are the subject of this order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver at his own expense to the Medical Supplies Department, ul. Smoluchowski 17. 5. Delivery of products referred to in paragraph. 1 will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 30 working days from the date of placing the order. 6. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 7. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Partial tenders are defined as individual packages set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ. The Contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all packages.
