Description

It is not a matter of carrying out a procedure. The information was necessary due to the structure of the form. The publication concerns an amendment to the existing contract within the framework of § 132(2) sentence 1 no. 2 in conjunction with § 132(2) sentence 1 no. 3 GWB. BAHN-BKK intends to amend the existing contract after expiry of the waiting period in accordance with § 135(3) sentence 1 numbers 2 and 3 GWB. BAHN-BKK concluded a contract (EVB-IT assignment contract type A) with P&I Personal & Informatik AG in 2020 for the purchase of personnel management software including software maintenance. The content was the permanent provision of the software as well as the regular provision of software updates. The contract for software maintenance was concluded for an indefinite period of time. Almost the entire personnel management system is mapped via the LOGA system. In addition to time management (time recording, vacation and sliding days), this also includes the modules travel costs (application and approval of business trips), document management (electronic personnel file), employer self-service, job planning, personnel development and applicant management. During procurement, special care was taken to ensure that there are as few to no interfaces between the various functionalities as possible. In addition, it was decisive for the conclusion of the contract that the costs associated with the procurement were in proportion to the size of the BAHN-BKK with about 1,200 employees. The currently used on-premise solution no longer corresponds to the current state of the art. Rather, such software solutions are usually offered as cloud systems as part of a rental. In the future, updates for on-premise solutions will no longer be made available. BAHN-BKK intends to amend the existing contract so that the personnel management system in use is converted to a new technical platform (cloud).
