Description

The municipality intends to enter into an agreement for the rental of printing equipment for the benefit of the municipal organisation. In addition to the rental of the printing equipment, the service includes the supply of toners and other accessories (excluding paper), the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance of the delivered equipment, the provision of additional software such as a follow me system, preparation software for the repro and management software. The result that the municipality wishes to achieve by means of this tender is the conclusion of an agreement with 1 contractor. The Agreement shall enter into force on 1-4-2025 and shall run until the date of expiry of the initial duration including subsequent extensions. The initial duration of the agreement will start on 1 October 2025 and will be five (5) years. The start date of the initial term also counts as the date of completion and commissioning. The municipality is entitled to extend the agreement three (3) times for a period of one (1) year under the same conditions and conditions. The maximum duration of this Agreement is therefore eight (8) years. If the municipality does not wish to make use of the option to extend, this must be communicated in writing to the contractor no later than six (6) months before the end of the current period.
