The scope of the contract covers:
1. the exercise of copyright supervision in accordance with the relevant legislation,
2 performance of copyright surveillance activities pursuant to Article 20. 1(4)(a) and (b) of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2010, No 243, item 1623, as amended),
3. making entries in the construction log in accordance with Article 21 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2010, No 243, item 1623, as amended) and in accordance with § 9. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 26 June 2002 on the logbook for the construction, assembly and demolition of the information board and the announcement of data on occupational safety and health protection (Journal Journal of Laws 2002/108, item 953, as amended),
4. clarifying doubts about the solutions contained in the project documentation arising from the implementation of the investment,
5. completing the details of the design documentation,
6. close cooperation with all actors involved in the construction process, in particular as regards:
To agree with the contractor and the investor on the possibility of making changes to the design documentation or replacement solutions,
Assisting investor supervision in checking (monitoring) the compliance of construction works with the design documentation,
6.3. checking the extent of the changes made to the scope of the works covered by the construction permit,
Assessment of the results of testing of construction materials and components,
7. participation in works acceptances and technical deliberations on the site,
8. secure the Contracting Authority and assume its material responsibility for any financial consequences arising from any claims of copyright holders under the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994 (Journal Journal of Laws 2006, No 90, item 631, as amended), created in the course of the implementation of this contract.
