Supply of disinfectants for the Sveta Anna University Hospital – Sofia AD
The subject of the procedure is the supply of disinfectants to the Sveta Anna University Hospital in Sofia on request in advance, in accordance with a specification annexed to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for performance of the contract is from its award until 09.03.2025, in case of periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery period is at the proposal of the participant in calendar days, no longer than 10 calendar days from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. The procedure covers 2 lots, which include sub-items. Tenders may be submitted: - for the whole procedure - for one or more lots. Participation for a lot is complex and participants should cover all the sub-headings contained in that lot. Participants who do not cover all the sub-headings of a lot shall be excluded from participation for that lot. Participants shall submit only one tender for performance of the contract and no variants may be submitted. The disinfectants offered must comply with the minimum requirements laid down in the specification drawn up by the contracting authority. Each participant should attach to its technical proposal the following documents, which are an integral part of it: 1. A letter of authorisation, valid at the date of submission of the tender, from the manufacturer or its representative or an authorised person, issued in the name of the participant, entitling the participant to trade in its products. Where the authorisation letter is issued by the manufacturer's representative or authorised person, a document from the manufacturer certifying the representative authority of these persons/companies should also be provided. 2. Authorisation issued by the Minister for Health to make available on the market a biocidal product or a biocidal product family in accordance with Article 18 of the Protection against the Harmful Effects of Chemical Substances and Mixtures Act (in case a biocidal product is proposed). 3. Evidence of CE marking of the product tendered (if no biocidal product is tendered) 4. Instructions for use of the proposed product with an official translation into Bulgarian /in case no biocidal product is proposed/.
