Authorisation issued by the Minister for Health to make available on the market a biocidal product or a biocidal product family in accordance with Article 18 of the Protection against the Harmful Effects of Chemical Substances and Mixtures Act (in case a biocidal product is proposed). 3. Evidence of CE marking of the product tendered (if no biocidal product is tendered) 4. Instructions for use of the proposed product with an official translation into Bulgarian /in case no biocidal product is proposed/.
