The Communauté de communes du Pays rethélois (EPCI) has 17 schools on its territory with nearly 2550 pupils. It has a central kitchen which makes it possible to prepare and distribute meals at the various satellite restaurants in the schools. The Communauté de communes du Pays rethélois is particularly attentive to the quality of the meal served to the guests, in terms of food balance, origin of the products used in their composition, local manufacture, taste quality, variety, presentation, etc. In order to play an exemplary role, as an eco-actor, the Communauté de communes intends in particular to include its purchases in responsible consumption and to do its part in reducing its environmental impact.
