Description: The contracting authority requests prices for a new wheeled loader in accordance with Annex 1 Price Form. Evaluation of the criterion: The price criteria will be evaluated so that the lowest total price gets 10 points, while the other prices will be evaluated according to the relative difference to the lowest price. Type: quality
Description: The quality of the delivery is important for the contracting authority. The contracting authority will, in this connection, evaluate the technical solution (desired requirements) on the machine and associated services. The quality criterium is divided into the following sub-criteria: Sub-criteria and its Weighting Chassis 10 % Drivelines/tyres 15 % Cabin equipment/environment 30 % Electrical equipment 15 % Delivery 30 % Evaluation of the sub-criteria: The Ø-requirements that are evaluated are found in points 6.3.1.1 - 6.3.5.5 in Annexes 1 and 2 requirement specifications. Tenderers who, after an overall assessment, offer the overall best solution for the contracting authority where the relevance of the described and the degree of fulfilment of the contracting authority ́s wish will achieve a full score (10 points) on each sub-criteria. Other tenderers will get a lower score based on the relevance of the described and the degree of fulfilment of the contracting authority ́s wishes. The score that the tenderer achieves in total for all the sub-criteria will not be normalised. Documentation requirement: Completed Ø requirements in annexes 1 and 2.

Criterion: Environment - noise level in cabins

Description: Noise level in the cabin: The Contracting Authority is concerned that our employees have the quietest possible work day. We would like tenderers to inform the audio level in decibels. Tenderers shall state decibels in cabins from the factory in accordance with ISO6396. The noise level in the cabin is evaluated so that the lowest noise level gets 10 points, while the other noise levels are evaluated according to the relative difference to the lowest noise level. Type: quality
Description: Noise level outside the machine: We are concerned that the machine shall emit as little sound as possible in the area outside the machine. Tenderers shall state decibels measured outside the machine from the factory in accordance with ISO6395. Noise level outside of the machine will be evaluated so that the lowest noise level gets 10 points, while the other noise levels are evaluated according to the relative difference to the lowest noise level.
