The consultation shall cover the following services: MARKET FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THERMAL INSTALLATIONS IN THE CARNOT AND PMS ALLÈGRE OFFICES OF THE VAR DEPARTMENT The financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget. Visiting the sites is optional; it may be carried out no later than 12 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. If any questions need to be asked, they will be asked via AWS. Open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-2. 1° of the CCP. A single-success mixed contract will be concluded with a flat-rate part and a unit part with order forms in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - SPC R. 2162-13. and SPC R. 2162-14. The estimated value is: - EUR 2000 (s) excl. tax for phase 1 of the flat-rate part, non-renewable phase, - EUR 58 475 (s) excl. tax per year for phase 2 of the flat-rate part, renewable phase, - EUR 7260 (s) excl. tax per year for the unit-price part. The services provided by the unit may vary within the following limits: For a period of one year from the date indicated on an administrative order requiring the start of services in phase 2 of the contract: Minimum amount: No minimum Maximum amount: 80 000 euro(s) excl. tax Phase 1 of the contract was awarded for a period of one month from the date indicated on an administrative order requiring it to start. Phase 2 of the contract shall be awarded for a period of one year from the date indicated on an administrative order prescribing the commencement of services under the contract.
