Description

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the insurance of property and liability for damage or damage by DIAMO, a state-owned enterprise and its branches, in accordance with the technical conditions set out in Annex 2 (technical conditions - insurance of property and liability by DIAMO, a state-owned enterprise) and an integral part of the tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as ‘ZP’), and in accordance with the other annexes to these Conditions: • Annex 3 - Insurance scheme - DIAMO, state-owned enterprise - Asset and liability insurance from 01.01.2027, • Annex 5 - Risk report for DIAMO, state-owned enterprise. The scope of insurance covers, in particular, claims insurance, basic and supplementary natural insurance, insurance of the risk of theft and vandalism, insurance of electronics and machinery, insurance of goods during road transport, insurance of glass and insurance of liability for damage or damage.
