The administrative building II and the town hall of the Verbandsgemeinde would have to be upgraded in terms of fire protection. For this purpose, various structural measures are necessary. Essentially, the following measures must be implemented in accordance with the fire protection concept. The division of fire protection into use units and ensuring the required escape routes, the adaptation and supplementation of the safety equipment to the currently applicable regulations and the adaptation of fire protection to the current use. In addition to the measures described in the fire protection concept of March 2021 and the explanatory report on the HU construction of 12.05.2024, changes have arisen since the beginning of the planning, temporary ventilation has been installed on the outer wall of the town hall to minimize the risk of fire. In addition, an exhaust gas monitoring system was installed in the Ratskeller. Due to a planned general renovation, the measures in the Ratskeller restaurant described in the HU construction are no longer to be implemented.
