Description

The Municipality of Tutrakan needs to prepare investment projects (the ‘technical’ phase) for the reconstruction of parts of the existing internal water supply network of the city of Tutrakan and the development of streets on the territory of the city. The reconstruction of the IWM of the city is necessary in view of the frequent accidents on the water supply network, the increased water losses, the need to improve traffic safety conditions, as well as the drainage of roads. The project aims to improve the water supply and street infrastructure of the central part of Tutrakan. Specific objectives are: reducing water losses, reducing the number of accidents on the water supply network, improving the quality of drinking water, ensuring traffic safety conditions, good drainage of roads, passenger comfort and extending the service life of streets in settlements. The subject-matter of the award in this contract covers the following activities: Action 1: Design – Preparation of an investment project in the ‘technical design’ phase in accordance with Regulation No 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Planning Act and the secondary legislation for its implementation. The project development envisages the reconstruction of the existing water supply network and the development of the ‘Reconstruction of an existing water supply pipeline and development of Silistra Street from 33 to 22 (Alexander Stamboliyski Street) in Tutrakan’. To the project to develop the following main parts: ‘Geodesy’, ‘WSS’, ‘Road’, ‘Temporary organisation and safety of traffic’, ‘Permanent organisation of traffic’, ‘Plan for safety and health’, ‘Fire Safety’, ‘Plan for the management of construction waste’ (if necessary) Construction works - according to the prepared project documentation for the site. The warranty terms for the respective site are in accordance with Ordinance No 2 of 2003 on the commissioning of construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty terms for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, as they begin to run from the date of issuance of a Building Permit.
