Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2024, item 530 – ‘Forests Act’), covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, tourism, nature protection, environmental education, maintenance of forest facilities, nursery and seed production, soil preparation, as well as work related to the ongoing management and activities of the OHZ to be carried out in the Kolumna Forest District in 2025. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the aggregated quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature protection, ecological education, maintenance of forest facilities, nursery and seed production, soil preparation, as well as works related to the current management and activities of OHZ resulting from Annex 2 to the FTZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
