Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity and the repurchase of electricity generated in a RES installation in accordance with the applicable regulations and quality standards laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) and the implementing provisions issued on the basis thereof, in particular the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 22 March 203 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (consolidated text: Dz. U of 2025, item 919) for the collection points indicated in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 9 to the FTZ. 3. The projected electricity demand for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 is: : 2 248 040 kWh of which: 1) For Tariffs Cxx – 1 418 040 kWh (of which: in 2026 709 020 kWh, in 2027 709 020 kWh) 2) For Tariff Bxx - 830 000 kWh (of which: 415 000 kWh in 2026, 415 000 kWh in 2027)
