Description

88239 Wangen, Lindauer Str. 28, WG,AG,Lindauer28,(S),Sanier+Erweiterbau, Engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI. The intention is to gradually commission specialist planning services in accordance with Section 2 of Part 4 of the HOAI. In connection with this procedure, the basic services of the performance phases 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as well as special services of the performance phases 3, 5 and 8 are to be awarded. Planning of a new building / extension with the complete electrical installations for the KG 440, KG450 and KG460. Upgrade of the existing building with adaptation for the merger with the new building. A cost target of around €1,457,500 (KG 440 + KG 450 + KG 460) is foreseen for the construction task. The construction planning is planned from 11/2026, the construction execution from 09/2028 to 09/2031.
