Description

Gällande fastighet ligger centralt i Malung och är i behov av takbyte (ca 6800m2). I samband med dessa arbeten ska eventuellt takhöjden höjas på en del av fastigheten så att en idrottshall kan inrymmas (med tillhörande utrymmen för skol- och fritidsverksamhet). Upphandlingen avser totalentreprenad i samverkan för ombyggnad av stomme och tak mm för fastigheten Svetsaren 1 och omfattar flera huvuddelar.
