Description

The six- or four-storey residential building is located on the grounds of the former house 3. Consisting of two individual buildings (A/B and C/D), the building is integrated into the existing university campus as an independent residential area. The four-storey building parts are completely basementd. From the two central entrance foyers, access is made via the main staircases or via the elevators to the residential floors, so that all residential units are accessible barrier-free. On the gables there are additionally stairwells to ensure the structural rescue routes. Escape and rescue routes are trained in accordance with the applicable regulations. From each apartment there is a 1st and 2nd structural rescue path. Due to their length, the buildings are divided by a fire wall in terms of fire protection.
