Exercise of independent construction supervision and the related laws and regulations for the exercise of consultancy services under Article 166(1)(1) and (2) of the Spatial Development Act in the execution of the construction of a site: ‘Building for residential care for adults with mental disorders (RBPRD) in Regulated plot VIII-443, area 80, PI with ID KKKR 68134.1896.1231, Karpuzitsa area, Vitosha district’ The subject of this public procurement procedure includes the following activities: 1) exercising construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the construction of a site: Residential Care Building for Adults with Mental Disorders in Regulated Area VIII-443, sq. 80 with CCNR identifier 68134.1896.1231, Karpuzitsa area, Vitosha region. 2) performing the function of a coordinator for safety and health, in accordance with Ordinance No 2/22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the performance of construction and installation works; 3) preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Art. 176 "b" of the Spatial Development Act; 4) preparation of a final report under Art. 168, para 6 of the Spatial Development Act.
