Description

This consultation will be the subject of a "composite" framework agreement (mixed price contract) concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated as an ordinary contract, and a part treated as a framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. The "ordinary contract" part concerns project management assignments remunerated at a global and flat-rate price on the basis of a rate of remuneration applied to the project owner's provisional allocation allocated to the works fixed in the act of commitment by instalment. These missions are divided into 1 firm tranche and 2 optional tranches according to the sectors of the Grand Parc de Lunaret over an estimated period of 6 years: TF: Sector of Valletta + Clairières and Belvédères. TO1: Sector of Montmaur + Sector Campus of Agropolis. TO2: The surrounding public spaces between the Chemin de Montmaur, the Serre and the future entrance to the Zoo. The 48-month "Framework agreement with purchase orders" part corresponds to a framework agreement with a maximum (fixed at 60,000 euro(s) excluding tax), entered into pursuant to the Public Procurement Code, which lays down the conditions for the performance of the services and is implemented as and when purchase orders are issued. It concerns additional missions remunerated at unit price according to the issue of order forms. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by flat-rate and unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all the tranches envisaged as well as the similar services envisaged.
