Description

The ITZBund needs external support for the collection of licence data in the cuLicense licence management tool of the manufacturer Circle Unlimited AG.
The activity shall include in particular the following tasks and activities:
— Examination, analysis and evaluation of software transfer contracts, licensing agreements and pedit contracts – identification of the relevant licence data (in particular licence type, number of licences, duration of contracts, etc.);
— Entry of the licence data in the licence management tool cuLicense;
— Checking and cross-checking the licence data obtained with licence data already deposited;
— Identification of care contracts forming part of the hiring-out contracts;
— Linking the relevant assignment and care contracts in cuLicense;
— Reconciliation and consistency check of the licence data obtained with existing Excel tables.
