3.2 The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of meat, charcuteries, preserved and animal fats in the quantities and lots listed below:
3.2.1 Part I – supply of fresh meat and meat of swine and beef

The contracting authority shall submit orders by telephone or fax three days in advance.
Deliveries must be made once a day from Monday to Thursday between 7:30 and 11:00 hours, on Fridays and the days preceding public holidays from 7:30 to 9:00.
The contractor undertakes to deliver the subject-matter of the contract in the quantities and time limits specified by the contracting authority together with the invoice or invoice and the HDI document. The goods must not show any signs of deterioration, damage or unfreshness. Labels with the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the shelf-life, storage conditions, composition and weight shall be required on each product. The goods supplied are to be fresh, arranged in food contact packaging in a way that does not cause deformation.
3.2.2 Part II – supply of fresh poultry meat and offal
