Description

1. Przedmiotem umowy jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej obejmująca sprzedaż energii elektrycznej wraz z usługą dystrybucji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby obiektów wskazanych w Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Szacunkowa ilość dostarczanej energii w grupie C11 w okresie trwania Umowy wynosi 129 038 kWh. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość zmiany wolumenu dostarczanej energii w trakcie realizacji Umowy o nie więcej niż +/- 10% oraz ilości punktów poboru o nie więcej niż +/- 3PPE.
