Ilot F1 FARCY - Design and construction work for a residence of around 45 senior dwellings and 45 dwellings in Accession. Under the New National Urban Renewal Programme, ALTER – developer of the ZAC Belle-Beille, owns the former UDAF site at 4 Avenue Général Patton in ANGERS, and has demolished the site. ALTER assigned to ALh three sites intended to accommodate a dedicated offer of 130 ‘senior’ dwellings, in particular the F1 island located on the former UDAF site, for 45 dwellings, in addition to the islands on Tati and Rue Boisramé. These 45 dwellings will be financed with 60% PLAI and 40% PLUS under the replenishment of the demolished offer under the NPNRU. On this island, it was agreed to build 45 additional housing units as social access to property, instead of the operation to be built initially on the site of 40 Notre Dame du Lac, demolished at the beginning of the NPNRU programme. Forward planning: Procurement procedure: from June 2026 to December 2026 Start of services: January 2027 Deposit of building permit: 2nd quarter 2027 OS works: 3rd quarter 2027 Duration of works: 18 months Delivery: 2029
