Description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of specialised laboratory equipment included in the project entitled ‘Adaptation and support of innovative research laboratories of the Collegium Pathologicum of the Medical University of Lublin’ (hereinafter also referred to as the subject-matter of the contract/equipment) defined in nine tasks as follows:
Task No. 1
(a) The task includes the supply of a tissue homogenisation apparatus with equipment – 1 set,
(b) A detailed description of the requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract (equipment), guarantee, service and training is set out in Annex 6 to the ToR – ‘Detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 1’,
(C) the subject of the contract offered by the Contractors must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the ToR ‘Detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 1’;
Task No. 2
(D) The task includes the supply of a laboratory autoclave – 1 piece,
(e) A detailed description of the requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract (equipment), guarantee, service and training is set out in Annex 6 to the ToR – ‘Detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 2’,
(F) the subject matter of the contract offered by the Contractors must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the ToR ‘Detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 2’;
Task No 3
(g) The task includes the supply of an ultrasound homogeniser – 1 piece,
(H) A detailed description of the requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract (equipment), guarantee, service and training is set out in Annex 6 to the ToR – ‘Detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 3’,
(I) the subject matter of the contract offered by the Contractors must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the ToR ‘Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for task 3’;
2. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel a public procurement procedure if funds from the budget of the European Union which the Contracting Authority intends to use to finance the contract are not awarded.

Requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract(s):
4. The procurer requires new, complete equipment which, once installed, will be ready for use without the need for any additional purchases and investments.
5. The subject-matter of the contract covers assembly consisting of: delivery of equipment to the installation site, unpackage, installation, connection to appropriate installations, checking, carrying out the required tests and measurements, starting and putting into service equipment.
Equivalent arrangements:
6. Whenever standards, trademarks, patents or origin are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract contained in the ToR, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.
7. An economic operator relying on an equivalent solution shall demonstrate that the subject matter of the contract offered by it meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority.
8. The Contracting Authority will consider as an equivalent solution those whose functionalities and technical and performance characteristics are identical or no lower than those indicated in Annex 6 to the ToR – Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and which meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in Annexes 6 to the ToR.
9. If the Contracting Authority has doubts as to whether the tender submitted is equivalent, all obligations relating to the proof of equivalence shall be borne by the Contractor (including the cost of any expert reports).
