Description

Die Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt beabsichtigt im neu entstehenden Quartier Ludwigshöhviertel den Neubau einer 3-zügigen inklusiven Grundschule mit insgesamt 12 Klassenräumen für ca. 300 Grundschulkinder. Die deutliche Ausrichtung im Funktionsprogramm der Schule hin zu Ganztag und Inklusion sollen sich im pädagogischen als auch im baulichen Bereich widerspiegeln. Die Flächen im Allgemeinbereich beinhalten Foyer, Mehrzweckraum, Mensa mit Ausgabeküche und Mediathek. Diese Räume sind so auszulegen, dass diese auch als Aula nutzbar ist. Der Mehrzweckraum der Schule ist auch als Spiel- und Bewegungsort zu verstehen, da die Schule auf dem Grund-stück keine Sporthalle erhält. Für den Lern- und Unterrichtsbereich sind Lernhäuser / Cluster vorzusehen. Ziel ist es, eine möglichst flexible Raumorganisation zu entwickeln, um unterschiedliche pädagogische Konzepte verwirklichen zu können.
