The subject-matter of the contract, broken down into lots, shall comply with the technical parameters set out in Chapter III of the SWZ for: part I – supply of a brand new electric vehicle of the type ‘micro’ dust-free refuse collection vehicle, intended for the disposal of municipal waste with a rear loading device, on a two-axle chassis, with a load capacity of at least 7 m3 – max. 8 m3, with a compacting function, suitable for emptying containers with a capacity from 60 l to 1100 l, with a maximum permissible weight of up to 9 t, in the amount of 1 pc., b) Part II - delivery in the form of an operational leasing of a brand new specialized vehicle of the type CNG gas-powered dust-free garbage truck with two chambers, intended for the export of separately collected municipal waste with two independent rear loading devices and two independently working abdomens, with a compacting function, on a three-axle chassis, with a load capacity of min. 21 m3 - max. 23 m3, suitable for emptying containers with a capacity of 60 l to 1100 l, in the amount of 1 pc; - these vehicles should meet the requirements of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
