Description

The subject of the contract is project management services for all areas of activity and all stages of the project, in accordance with Section 2, Volume 9, AHO (2014).
Project: The municipality of Vaterstetten is planning to rebuild a common primary and secondary school with triple sports hall and school and sports swimming pool.
The primary school is provided for in four stages and the secondary school is single. Together, around 600 pupils will attend school. Two of the primary schools and the secondary school are all-day bound classes. Lunchtime support is also available for students in half-day classes. At the request of the school family, classrooms and differentiation rooms, team rooms, cloakrooms and sanitary facilities should be arranged as ‘learning landscapes’ around a central centre. Mensa, triple sports hall and a school and sports swimming pool complement the space programme.
Extension possibilities for a further primary school train and an additional course and teaching swimming pool shall be taken into account in the planning.
FAG support is sought for the project.
An area of around 19 000 m² is available for building land. The useful floor area of the school building will be around 4 800 m², the NF of the triple sports hall approx. 1 300 m² and the NF of the swimming pool approx. 1 100 m².
Project status: At present, the procurement procedures are being carried out for the services of building and open-air design, project management, structural engineering planning, technical planning of HLS technical equipment and technical planning of ELT with lifts.
The target date is to complete the construction work in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
