Description

Der KU-Bau Odelzhausen (Anstalt d.Ö.R.) schreibt die Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude und Innenräume (Leistungsbild § 34 HOAI) für den Neubau einer Dreifachsporthalle (Ballsporthalle) in Odelzhausen ab der LPh 6 stufenweise aus (Neuausschreibung). Die Entwurfsplanung für den Neubau der Dreifachhalle liegt bereits vor und ist vom Gemeinderat gebilligt. Im Juli 2024 ist der Bauantrag beim Landratsamt Dachau als zuständiger Bauaufsichtsbehörde eingereicht worden. Seither wird parallel die Ausführungsplanung erstellt, die voraussichtlich bis zum Abschluss des Vergabeverfahrens vorliegen wird. Der Beginn der LPh 6 soll nach Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt stufenweise: - Stufe 1: Vorbereitung der Vergabe (LPh 6) und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe (LPh 7), - Stufe 2: Objektüberwachung – Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation (LPh 8) und - Stufe 3: Objektbetreuung (LPh 9). Die Einzelheiten und Mindestanforderungen ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.
