Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywne dostarczanie endoprotez i materiałów ortopedycznych w podziale na następujące Pakiety:
Pakiet I - Endoprotezy pierwotne i rewizyjne stawu biodrowego oraz kable i płyty do złamań okołoprotezowych;
Pakiet II - Endoprotezy bezcementowe stawu biodrowego z panewką dwumobilną;
Zakres III - Endoprotezy pierwotne i rewizyjne stawu biodrowego;
Zakres IV - Endoprotezy pierwotne i rewizyjne stawu kolanowego;
Zakres V - Endoprotezy pierwotne i rewizyjne stawu kolanowego;
Zakres VI - Cement kostny wraz z akcesoriami;
Zakres VII - Zestaw do rekonstrukcji więzadła krzyżowego;
Zakres VIII - System do podciśnieniowej terapii leczenia ran;
Zakres IX – Druty;
Zakres X – Substytuty kości do uzupełniania ubytków kostnych;
Zakres XI – Asortyment do artroskopii.
