Description

Účelem tohoto zadávacího řízení je uzavření kupní smlouvy, jejímž předmětem bude dodávka detektorů ke skenovacímu elektronovému mikroskopu, který je nezbytný pro modernizaci specializovaného digitalizačního vědeckého pracoviště Paleontologického oddělení Národního muzea zaměřeného na digitalizaci mikrostruktur. Vědecky využitelná digitalizace mikrostruktur pomocí elektronového mikroskopu vyžaduje nejen data o topografii mikropovrchů (elektronový mikroskop), ale také jejich prvkové a strukturní povaze (detektory ESD, XRF a EBSD). Účelem projektu je integrace všech těchto hledisek v jednom přístroji a jednom kompatibilním výstupu. K elektronovému mikroskopu z první etapy je v rámci druhé etapy pořizovány patřičné detektory.
