Metal construction and locksmith work - Schwaigweg 1 / Am Dorfbach 15The property is currently built with a residential stable house that characterizes the location. The planned construction project consists of the core renovation of the building part on Fl.No. 47, as well as demolition and replacement of the building part on Fl.No. 47/1, including an underground car park with 12 parking spaces under the new building.The above-ground area accounts for 3 storeys in the similar outline of the existing building, as well as a gallery floor in the attic.The building is declared by the municipality of Ohlstadt as a town house and contains several uses: a generation meeting, rooms for events and associations, the tourist information, public toilets, a multifunctional room for the community, three apartments, as well as two commercial units with a respective gallery level.It is assigned to building class 3 according to Bavarian building regulations.The new building is created as a wooden building with a wooden facade. The former residential part, on the other hand, is gutted, with the three outer walls supported and secured with wooden trestles until the new ceilings are made. Subsequently, a wooden structure is built within the existing walls on a grounding floor slab. The subject of the procurement is the metal construction and locksmith work for the described construction project.
