Description

‘Supply of electricity for Wodociągów Jaworzno sp. z o.o.’ The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 for the purposes of Wodociągów Jaworzno sp. z o.o. with an estimated volume of 8 602 350 kWh, for consumption points according to Annex 8 to the FTZ during the delivery period, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The commencement of supplies to individual consumption points, specified in detail in Annex 8 to the FTZ, will take place within the period specified in the contract, after effective termination of the existing contract and a positive change of seller procedure. The contractor shall carry out all the actions and arrangements with the DSO necessary to carry out the procedure for changing the seller and effectively starting the sale of electricity, including in particular: termination of the existing power purchase agreement (or comprehensive agreement) and notification to the DSO of a new power purchase agreement. The Contractor shall perform these activities on the basis of an appropriate power of attorney granted by the Contracting Authority at the conclusion of the contract. The supply of electricity will take place for the purposes of facilities classified according to the following classification: • electricity — tariff B 7 574 387 kWh • electricity — other 1 027 963 kWh 1. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 together with implementing acts. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including a list of off-take points with tariff groups, contractual capacities and planned amounts of electricity consumption, is contained in Annex 8 to the FTZ. 2. The selected Contractor must have a contract for the provision of electricity distribution services, the so-called general distribution agreement (GUD) concluded with the local Distribution System Operator (DSO), which allows the sale of electricity to customers in the area of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. 3. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded with local DSOs. The operator of the Distribution System for the Ordering Party is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. 4. The supplied electricity must meet the quality parameters and sales standards regulated in the Energy Law Act.
