1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie odbioru, transportu i utylizacji odpadów medycznych z terenu Szpitala Wojewódzkiego im. dr. Ludwika Rydygiera w Suwałkach zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 14 grudnia 2012r o odpadach ( Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 z późn. zm.) przez firmę posiadającą zezwolenie na gospodarowanie tymi odpadami. w szacunkowej ilości 549 554 kg. w ciągu 36 miesięcy
