Procedura de achiziție publică se desfășoară în scopul atribuirii contractului de achiziție publică având ca obiect “SISTEM INFORMATIC INTEGRAT PENTRU INSTITUTUL REGIONAL DE ONCOLOGIE IASI – Proiect “ONCODIGITAL – Transformare digitala a sistemului informatic al IRO Iasi, soft si hard” - finantat prin PNRR/2023/C7/MS/I3.3 - Investiții în sistemele informatice și în infrastructura digitală a unităților sanitare publice. Termenul limita pana la care orice operator poate solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare cu privire la procedura de atribuire este de 15 zile, inainte de termenul limita de depunere al ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare, in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea 98 /2016.
