Pension Services for the IBTS
The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) (Authority) wishes to invite tenders for the Provision of Advice and Support for the full operation and administration of its relevant Pension Schemes. The intention is to award a five-year contract to the successful bidder and while the preference is to award all elements to the one company for economies of scale, the splitting of the various elements between suppliers is also a possibility. Tenderers are advised to submit both individual cost elements and an overall cost, for all elements. The contract will be subject to an annual CPI (Consumer Price Index) increase each year based on the CPI of the prior year and invoicing will be quarterly in advance. Proposals should clearly indicate if any additional charges would apply or if any services are not covered under their cost proposal ie the tenderers pricing schedule should be clear and unambiguous. Each of the six lots will be marked separately and presentations by suppliers may be requested by the Trustees and employer tender review group.
