Description

The Catholic Children's Day Care Centre Altmühlfranken-Nordschwaben gGmbH is planning a replacement of the St. Otto Day Care Centre in Heilsbronn. The north-western part of the existing building (nursery) is to be preserved and integrated into the replacement building. On the remaining plot of land, provision should be made for the replacement of 3 kindergarten groups, taking into account the government's eligible spatial programme for Middle Franconia. The basement, which is located in the area of the replacement new building, is to be preserved. The existing building structure in group room III and adjoining room must be maintained due to ongoing funding commitment. The tenderer has had a feasibility study prepared in advance of the procurement procedure, which is to be understood as a basic approach to solving the task and takes into account the aforementioned requirements. The subject of the award is the services of structural design in accordance with Section 1 of Part 4, §§ 49 et seq. under HOAI 2021, LPH 1-6
