Description

Since Law No 2003-699 of 30.7.2003, the Urban Hazard Service of the City of Lille has been responsible for preventing the risk of land movement on its territory. It is therefore necessary to launch a consultation to maintain the access wells and various underground passages. The consultation gives rise to an order form contract without a minimum and without a maximum for a period of 1 year from the date of notification. It may be renewed 3 times, per period of 1 years, for a maximum period of 4 years. The time allowed for completion of the works shall be indicated in each order form. The estimated total duration of the contract (4 years) is EUR 350 000 net.
