Description

Supply of operating measuring instruments for 10 kV local grid stations for Stromnetz Berlin GmbH. In the area of the Berlin distribution network, there is a system landscape in which the new measurement technology is to fit. The operating measuring instruments (BMG) are installed directly by the client in the local network stations in the Berlin city area. These are mainly compact stations that offer a very limited installation space. In order for the devices to be used in all designs, the requirements for the design, see Section 5.3 Part b, must be complied with. The central database is now managed via the LEDAN CSX application. This head system will be replaced over the coming years. The interface towards the head system must be kept transparent so that a migration to a follow-up system is possible. The gradual expansion of the local network station network with directional, registering and communicating measurement technology is necessary for the safe operation and expansion of a future-proof distribution network. For the remote control/monitoring of the medium-voltage network, telecontrol devices are already in use in the local network stations, via which the data transmission of the measured values from the local network stations is also carried out.
