Description

RSG Erweiterungsneubau als Fachraumgebäude mit Mensa und Ausgabeküche (cook and hold) Die Stadt Sankt Augustin beabsichtigt am Standort des Rhein-Sieg-Gymnasiums einen teils zwei- teils dreigeschossigen, eigenständigen Erweiterungsbau entlang der Grantham-Allee zu erstellen. Das nicht unterkellerte Gebäude ist geplant als Betonbau. Der zweigeschossige Teil erhält einen Dachgarten, der dreigeschossige Teil eine PV-Anlage. Grundstücksgröße: ca. 4.700 m2 BGF EG: ca. 1.900 m2 NGF: ca. 4.420 m2 BRI: ca. 22.990 m3 Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Gebäudeautomation. Die Gebäudeautomation gilt für Einrichtungen, Software und Dienstleistungen zur automatischen Steuerung, Regelung, Überwachung, Optimierung und Bedienung sowie für das Management zum energieeffizienten und sicheren Betrieb der Technischen Ausrüstung (TA). Die Regelung und Steuerung der betriebstechnischen Anlagen (BTA) erfolgt in den Automationsschwerpunkten (ASP) mittels autarker Automationstechnik für die HZG und RLT.
