Description

The subject of the contract is delivery and delivery to the Janusz Korczak Provincial Specialist Hospital in Słupsk Sp. z o. o. at ul. Hubalczyks 1 medical equipment in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to IDW - Assortment and Quantity Form. The material scope is described in detail in the annex to this FTZ and in the model contract - Part II of the FTZ. The description of the subject-matter of the contract contains a summary of the technical parameters, warranty conditions and training – Part III of the FTZ. The description of the subject-matter of the contract should be read together with any changes to the content of the specifications, which are, for example, the result of responses to contractors' inquiries.
