Description

The acquisition concerns expert services related to the evaluation and sale of real estate. The procurement includes three (3) different areas: Sub-topic 1: Expert in real estate valuation Sub-topic 2: Real estate sales professional services — Targets offered to investors Sub-topic 3: Professional services in the sale of real estate - Brokerage of commercial and residential premises Description of the content of the sub-area: Sub-topic 1: The municipality of Nurmijärvi uses real estate valuations drawn up by consultants to support decision-making when the municipality transfers or acquires land or a right of use for such an area or space. The purpose of the estimate is to determine the market value of the item, which is the amount by which the independent buyer and seller deliberately complete the transaction without being compelled to do so at the date of the estimate. Subdivisions 2-3: The municipality of Nurmijärvi sells an estimated 3-5 built properties annually, valued at EUR 100,000 - 20,000,000. These are mainly schools, kindergartens, apartments, commercial premises, health and social services properties and similar buildings that have become unnecessary for the municipality. The properties are sold either as real estate (land and building) or as movable buildings/shares. Investor buyers are usually sought. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for each sub-area. The selection of the Supplier for the Client's assignment shall be carried out in accordance with Annex 2 (Description of the Framework Arrangement). All services covered by the agreement are produced in the territory of the municipality of Nurmijärvi. The municipality of Nurmijärvi does not commit to certain procurement volumes during the contract period.
