SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school concerns, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). ---------------- At the Oktaviostraße 143 site, a new building of a class house with NaWi compartments in 3-storey construction is planned.
