The contract was divided into the following three lots, namely: Lot 1: ‘Conformity assessment of design documentation and construction supervision in the implementation of ‘Engineering – design, construction and designer’s supervision for a site: ‘Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building in Halle 12, Yambol’; Lot 2: ‘Conformity assessment of design documentation and construction supervision in the implementation of ‘Engineering – design, construction and designer’s supervision for a site: ‘Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building in Diana bl. 16, Yambol’ under the 2021-2027 Development of Regions Programme, co-financed by the European Union through the Just Transition Fund; Lot 3: ‘Conformity assessment of project documentation and construction supervision in the implementation of ‘Engineering – design, construction and designer’s supervision for the ‘Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building on 28 Kabile Street, Yambol’ under the 2021-2027 Development of Regions Programme, co-financed by the European Union through the Just Transition Fund’. In accordance with Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, Lot 3 will be awarded in the order of award for its individual estimated value, i.e. in accordance with Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act, by direct award. As of the date of the announcement of the procedure, no funding has been provided and the procedure is carried out under the conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
