Description

Purchase of consumables for use in sterilisation for the Clinical Centre of the University of Pécs for a total amount of HUF 92 442 638 in 11 tender parts as detailed in the Public Procurement Documents. For each lot: Products must have at least 70% of the shelf life at the time of delivery. In the course of performance, the contracting authority shall accept products with a shorter usability period only on the basis of a prior written agreement. A description of the envelope of the lots is given in field BT-24. The contracting authority undertakes to place an order for 75 % of the total amount, in addition, the contracting authority is not obliged to exhaust the total amount and, in addition to the obligation to place an order, the unused total amount may not be enforced by the successful tenderer against the contracting authority as damage. For each part of the recommendation: Where there is only a difference in size between the different products within a tender part, only products of the same type from the same manufacturer may be tendered.
