Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of traction electricity and the provision of traction electricity distribution services for the purpose of carrying out transport activities with traction vehicles powered by 3kV direct current overhead contact line in the years 2027-2030 with the option of extension to 2031. The Seller will obtain and deliver to the Ordering Party energy from renewable energy sources in a specified amount in each year of delivery, which will be confirmed by appropriate guarantees of origin of energy. During the competitive dialogue, the requirements of the Ordering Party will be further specified. The final scope of the subject of the contract will be specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Contract (SWZ), which will be provided by the Employer's Plenipotentiary together with the invitation to submit tenders.
