BIM management performance. The new building project is located on the "Im Neuenheimer Feld" campus. The building mainly houses animal husbandry areas and associated laboratories. The construction costs (KG 300 / 400) amount to approximately € 101 million gross. The start of planning is planned for the IV quarter, the start of construction is planned for the I quarter 2029. BIM project planning is required for all technical planning. The project is to be based on the guideline Evaluation System for Sustainable Building (BNB), Stand Silber, but will not be certified.
