Description

Der Betriebshof des Fachbereichs Stadtreinigung der Stadt Gütersloh befindet sich auf dem Gelände Goethestraße 16, 33330 Gütersloh. Der bestehende Umkleide-, Sanitär- und Verpflegungsbereich des Betriebshofes soll zu einem sogenannten „Schwarz-Weiß-Bereich“ umgebaut werden. Dies soll verhindern, dass verschmutzte Berufskleidung mit der Privatkleidung der Mitarbeiter/innen in direkten Kontakt kommt. Diese soll getrennt gelagert werden (Schwarz-Weiß-Trennung). Dafür sind geeignete bauliche und organisatorische Maßnahmen zu treffen. Hierfür vergibt die Stadt Planungsleistungen. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind Fachplanungsleistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für den Bereich Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, Lufttechnische Anlagen Gebäudeautomation (Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3 und 8).
