The subject of the contract is the successive supply of specialized chemical reagents for organizational units of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 3 to the FTZ, which is a price form for individual parts of the subject-matter of the contract. The contracting authority divides the contract into 21 (twenty-one) lots and thus allows partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more selected lots subject to the proviso that only one tender shall be submitted for the lot in question.
