PREDMET NATJEČAJA je izrada arhitektonsko-urbanističkog idejnog rješenja za izgradnju Dječjeg vrtića Sloboština u Zagrebu sukladno „Programu za provedbu javnog natječaja za izradu idejnog rješenja Dječjeg vrtića Sloboština u Zagrebu“ izrađenom od Zavoda za prostorno uređenje Grada Zagreba u veljači 2023. godine, stručni tim: Ana-Marija Rajčić, dipl. ing. arh., ovlaštena arhitektica, Jelena Bule, mag. ing. arch., Maja Bubrić, arh. teh., Dinko Brdarić, dipl. ing. prom. Novooblikovana građevna čestica u funkciji Dječjeg vrtića Sloboština u Zagrebu, formirat će se od čestice k.č.br. 1682 k.o. Zaprudski Otok u cijelosti (površina 5.804 m², vlasništvo Grada Zagreba), kao i od dijelova k.č.br. 2302/1 i 1574/1, sve k.o. Zaprudski Otok, ukupnih površina cca 6.400 m².
